Geology

The property is located in the transverse range of the Sierra Madre Oriental.  The exploration targets on the property are precious metal-bearing skarns, manto and chimney deposits and distal disseminated gold deposits associated with late Cretaceous and early Tertiary granitic intrusions into Jurassic to Cretaceous carbonates.  The potential exists on the property, for both open-pit and underground deposits of gold mineralization, associated with base metals.
