Due to the ongoing issues with the rotating Canadian postal strike, the Company’s ability to mail proxy-related materials to all shareholders for its Annual General Meeting (“Meeting”) in a timely manner had been partially hindered. Materials have been mailed to shareholders, however many could not be sent within the necessary regulatory timing requirements and may not arrive in time.
